The Buckeyes led wire-to-wire, winning the regular season and round-robin playoffs. They are now the 2025-26 Sunday Morning Senior Hockey League playoff champions, as well.

Led by goaltender Matt Petrlich, the Bucks blanked the Mercurys, 4-0, in the championship game.

The Buckeyes got goals from four different players - Mike Anderson, Eric Steffes, Eric Seferian, and Bryan Beauch - all on the A-line. Steffes and Seferian each finished with a goal and two assists.
